1. Intelligent:

2. Reliable performance under harsh conditions:

• The newly upgraded driver's room is developed according to the five features of "intelligent connectivity, intelligent interaction, intelligent construction, intelligent driving, and intelligent maintenance," to enhance entertainment, interaction and technology. The driving room size is 25mm wider than the previous generation, and the control is larger. 1. The shovel upgrade:

• The bucket teeth were upgraded to 4-tooth sharp bucket teeth, and the front blade plate was thickened to 60 mm. Optimize the machinery operating trajectory and thrusters, reduce the impact and resistance on the machine during excavation, improve the operation efficiency, and double the service life of the thrusters.
  

• Four types of serialized shovels can be configured to meet "one situation at a time," improve construction efficiency, and easily cope with a variety of complex situations.

2. Armed sparring upgrade

• The 20,000-hour work unit technology is fully applied to ensure high reliability and longer life of the work unit.

• The flexor rod was widened, the cross-sectional coefficient increased by more than 105 and the lifespan increased. Optimize welding process, welding by one side and double side, TIG welding toe repairing and melting. Strengthening local high stress parts, the average stress decreased by more than 10%, and the life increased by more than 12000 H.

• Adopting positive flow system and SANY self-developed "DMOS" engine - pump - valve integrated dynamic optimization intelligent control system, to achieve 40 tons of efficiency, 30 tons of fuel consumption.

5. Heating System

• The water heat dissipation capacity is increased by 10%, the oil heat dissipation rate is increased 5%, the equipment is always working at the optimum temperature, and the equipment life is extended.
