1. How to correctly choose the four-wheeled belt of the Kubota excavator

Running belts should be selected according to the type of soil and the conditions of the machinery.
(1) Normal soil conditions Very normal. 

(2) Under rocky soil conditions, rock-type track plate and long-life track plate should be chosen. This track plate has high strength and good wear resistance. When working in stone, due to cold hardening, the surface layer of the track plate is always high. In addition, the track plate bolt rebar, reinforcing reinforcing and the relatively thick interfacial thickness of the teeth all make the rock-type track unstable, but this track is highly resistant to twist and bend, and the track bolt is well screwed and the connection strength is high.
(3) Flat track plates and rubber track plates may be used respectively on paved and paved roads. The former has no running belt teeth, the bolt head is lower than the plate, and it does not damage the road or the ground when walking or working; The latter is to attach the rubber block to the track plate to the ground, and the machine does not damage the road when it walks, and does not make noise when it crawls; The disadvantage is that their scope of application is limited.

2. The correct operation of the Kubota excavator four wheel one:
(1) Improper high speed driving is prohibited. A high-speed track walking mechanism will make the gloves and drive wheels, The belt joint and the guiding wheel, the belt joint with the support wheel, etc., collide with each other under the impact load, causing premature wear of the gear surface of the drive wheel, the outer circle of the sleeve, the front surface of the guiding Wheel, the front face of the support wheel and the front faces of the belt knot, and also causing cracks in the sleeve and the belt plate, damage to the support wheel flanges, and breaks in the belt junction; In addition, the impact force can also cause cracks, bends or breaks in chassis parts of the track frames and the main frame. Therefore, as far as possible, you should avoid making sharp turns under high speed.
(2) Do not let the track plate slip under overload. If the track plate slides, it will cause power loss of the fuel and shorten the life of the track plate; Once the track begins to skid, reduce the excessive load; In order to avoid the chassis turning away from the ground, be sure to control the amount of pine soil and the depth of the dig. And when the machine turns, it is best to slowly turn and make large turns.
(3) Do not allow one side of the track to carry for a long time. If most of the load operates under a single track over a long period of time, the walking agency parts will wear out or damage prematurely due to uneven strain.
(4) As far as possible, avoid driving across drifting rocks. If the chassis is tilted on driftstone, exceeding the swing of the balance arm, the bending or thrust will act on the suspension and walking agency parts, and the impact load will cause cracks, distortions, ruptures and other damage to the walking authority parts and various chassis parts.
(5) The machinery should be placed on flat ground and avoided on slopes. If stopped on a slope, the still thrust generated by gravity causes the floating oil seal (O circle) to deform and damage, and the oil will leak once it is located.

3. The correct maintenance plan for the four-wheel section of the Kubota excavator is as follows:
(1) The track shall maintain an appropriate tightness
If the tightness is excessive, the guide spring tension acts on the shaft washer and washer sleeve, the outer circle of the washer and inner circle of washer are always subjected to high compression stress, and the washers and washers generate premature wear during operation. At the same time, the elasticity of the tight spring of the guiding wheel also acts on the guiding shaft and shaft housing, creating a great surface contact stress, which makes the guiding vehicle housing easily worn into a semi-circle, and the length of the shaft length is easily stretched, and will reduce the mechanical transmission efficiency and waste the power transmitted by the engine to the drive wheel and the shaft.
If the track is too tight, the track is easily disconnected from the guiding wheel and the support wheel, and the track loses the correct equilibrium, causing the running track to fluctuate, beat, and shock, causing abnormal wear of the guiding wheels and the ballast.
The adjustment of the tightness of the track is made by adding butter to the tightening tank filling mouth or releasing butter from the filling mouth, in accordance with the standard gaps of each aircraft. When the length of the belt joint is stretched to the point that it is necessary to remove the next set of belt joints, the rod surface of the drive wheel and washer will also be abnormally worn. At this time, proper treatment should be carried out before the rod condition deteriorates, such as turning the washer and washer, replacing the excessive worn washer and syringe, and replacing the belt junction.
(2) Keep the steering wheel position in the center
A faulty steering wheel has a serious impact on other parts of the walking agency, so adjusting the gap between the steering wheel guide plate and the track frame (fixing faulty) is the key to extending the life of the moving agency. When adjusting, use a gasket between the conduction plate and bearing to correct. If the gap is large, remove the gasket; Small gaps and increase the pads. The standard gap is 0.5 to 1.0 mm and the maximum permissible gap is 3.0 mm.
(3) Turn the track sleeve and casing sideways at the appropriate time
During the wear of the track belt and the sleeve, the length of the tracks is gradually extended, causing the drive wheel and the washer to not joint properly, causing damage to the sleeve and abnormal wear of the drive wheel teeth, which can cause snakes and slapping.
