Crane drivers need to be trained to understand and follow the precautions and warnings. Check the machine and work environment before work and follow procedures. You must not overcoil or discharge the cable, otherwise it will damage the machine. Disconnect the power after stopping and pull the stop brakes to leave.
Check the machine thoroughly before starting to see if there is oil leakage, loose hose, loose bolts, and damaged cable. Ensure that the oil surface of the tank is not below the lower oil mark and not above the upper oil mark; The lubrication points are in good condition; The tyre pressure is normal. People are strictly forbidden to stand around the machine while working.
As required by the specification, lubricate the repair and maintenance equipment in a timely manner to extend the service life.

The parts of the machine must be placed in a stationary and stable condition during overhaul, and reliable support must be provided during overtaking under the moving arm. The central hub safety junction must be installed for transport and lifting. The safety joint must be removed before use.
Maintenance after every 100 hours of operation: fasten the joint bolts of the drive bridge; Check the butter mouths to remove dirt; Check the shafts of the various cylinders; Examine the parts of the drive shaft and the support bearings; Check the tightness of the cable coil chain; Check whether the rack, shovel, and arm are normal.
Maintenance after every 400 hours of operation: replacement of system lubricants; Replace the oil filter filter cartridge; Check the wear condition of the parking brake liner; Check the cable anchoring device; Check how tight the cable is and whether it is broken.
Maintenance after each 1,200 hours of operation: replacement of hydraulic oil; Replace the drive bridge gearbox and gearbox lubricants; Examine the pressure adjusters of the various hydraulic systems; Check cable coil brackets and cable intake and discharge switches.
Cranes are one of the important equipment in the underground mining process in mines, so the drivers of cranes must be trained in the technical skills of craning machines. Mastering theoretical knowledge, familiarizing with machine performance, general maintenance and skilled operating procedures, and then scientifically mastering relevant knowledge, can better ensure the normal operation of equipment, improve work efficiency, and ensure the smooth and orderly conduct of mining work.
